Welcome to Erika’s Homecare LLC

Erika’s Homecare LLC proudly provides non-medical services to seniors across Bridgeport Connecticut. Our goal at Erika’s Homecare is to keep you and your loved ones at home, where their hearts are, and avoid loss of friends and possessions, loss of independence and freedom, and loss of spirit which is drained by the battles of daily living.

Our caring service makes it possible for the elderly to maintain as much independence as possible, by providing the appropriate in-home assistance and companionship.

We pride ourselves on matching highly qualified, compassionate caregivers to fit the personality, interest, and sense of humour of your loved ones. In that way, we lift the spirits not only of seniors but of the family caregiver, as well.

Our Four "C's" Care Principles

  • Care – Care is our core business and that of our organisation. The care we deliver helps the individual person, improves the health of the whole community and defines us and our work. People receiving our care expect it to be right for them, consistently. We aim to fulfil this throughout every stage of their life.

  • Compassion – Compassion is how care is given through relationships based on empathy, respect and dignity.  It can also be described as intelligent kindness and is central to how people perceive their care.

  • Competence – Competence means all those in caring roles must have the ability to understand an individual’s health and social needs. They need the expertise, clinical and technical knowledge to deliver effective care and treatments based on research and evidence.

  • Commitment – A commitment to the people in our care and populations is a cornerstone of what we do. Our commitment is to improve the care and experience of our residents.  We must take action to make our vision and mission a reality for all and meet the health, care and support challenges ahead.
